It is appropriate to notify in reply that the components of construction and reparation, which were explained to be done first, with due actions to be taken later, and their types and measures must all be reported in detail; that the necessary amount of expenditure and the necessary annual income to be obtained from the taxes requested to be imposed and taken in exchange for this expenditure must all be examined and announced.
