Upon the petition given on 1 October 1901 and undersigned by Muhammed Said and Hafız Evlad Ahmed Kasım Al Nablusi
As it is clearly stated in the 20. article of the Contracts Regulation that, for the implementation of the articles of contracts whose stamps have been duly impressed, when one of the parties applies to the chief justice of the court of first instance for the office of the relevant real estate and shows his contract, the chief justice would enjoin the defendant to adhere to the provisions of the contract within fifteen days; that if s/he does not adhere to them, s/he would be forced, after the termination of the specified period, by the municipal police force to implement the provisions; likewise, that even if a file is suited between the lessor and the tenant upon the termination of contracts, the real estate would be evacuated and submitted to the lesser irrespective of the results of the file; that a written warning would be issued by the lessor to the tenant regarding the fact that the real estate would be evacuated and submitted within fifteen days; if the tenant does not act accordingly until the end of that period, upon the command by the chief justice of the court of first instance for the office of the relevant real estate, it would be immediately taken from him/her and submitted to the lessor by the bailiff and the municipal police force if necessary; that in case of an application to the court for the implementation of the provision of contracts whose stamps have not been impressed, the owners cannot make use of above-written benefits unless a fine is taken in accordance with this regulation, the petitioners must take actions in compliance with the provisions of the said article.
