Upon the petition given by Halil carriage drivers on 27 April 1909 regarding the carriage taxes taken in Halil
This tax has been examined by our council. It has been understood that the mentioned carriage taxes have begun to be taken upon the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ telegram dated 28 March 1909 and communicated to the relevant units on 31 March 1909. The 14th of Nîsân (1)325 (27th of April 1909).
