Upon the petition given by Rahmim Effendi on 9 February 1910, later presented to the Office of the Assistant Prosecutor and relegated to the municipality
No pecuniary punishment is demanded from the petitioner; besides, it is not within the knowledge whether he has constructed a building on state land. Whether he is engaged in a lawsuit or not against a woman named Hayamirik, this is not an issue falling within the remit of our council. The 31st of Kânûn Thânî (1)325 (13th of February 1910).
