Upon the letter, dated 20 June 1900 and numbered 44, regarding the reparation of boy and girl schools belonging to the Education Office
The reparation expenditures of the said places were put on Dutch auction. After the completion of bidding, it was decided that the reparation be provided for 39,000 piasters by its suitor; it was stated in the Sanjak Administrative Council’s decision written below the Dutch auction bill that it is appropriate to contract it out at this rate. Hence, no need was seen to put it on Dutch auction. The 1st of Tammûz (1)316 (14th of July 1900).
