Upon the bill given on 20 November 1906 by the Sanjak’s Accounting
The transfer cost of the said wood was put into Dutch auction and in accordance with the hereby presented Dutch auction bill, it was decided that each kantar be transferred by Şeyh Atıf Eddis at a rate of 50 piasters as respected current akçe. The 16th of Kânûn Awwal (1)322 (29th of December 1906).
