Mustafa bin Ali Zayid, from the folk of Jerusalem, undertook to collect on iltizam the brokerage taxes of the center of Jerusalem for the year 1313 (1897-1898) under the guarantee of Mustafa Karacolî (?), and 1,665.5 piasters remained at his debit from these taxes. When the said money was demanded from him, he said that he could not afford to pay it. Hence, for the purpose of selling the above-written share of real estate, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of Main Register of Revenues for having an explanation about the accuracy of its records and a specification about its location, type and sheet. The 14th of Tammûz (1)314 (26th of July 1898).
