The decision upon the income and expense sheet of the Hebron Municipal Council
As a result of examination, the sheet in question has been understood to be statutory. In consideration of this sheet and the said council’s accounting of last year, the written incomes are naturally within municipal councils’ incomes, so there is no need to take any measure at the moment. Leaving aside for now the matter of taking necessary actions in respect thereof, it is thus appropriate to notify the Kaymakamlık of the Kaza of Hebron via a decree that a negotiation must be held on this issue by the Kaza Administrative Council, and that its results must be notified here. The 14th of Tammûz (1)314 (26th of July 1898).
