It has been understood that there must definitely be gunpowder in the sanjak of Jerusalem in order to break stone; so, for purchase of some amount of gunpowder from the Imperial Arsenal and deliverance of it by way of a special official, the matter has been relegated to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 26th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)310 (8th of December 1894).
