It has been announced that the tax farming rights for animals are proposed for public bid for a period of one year starting at the month of Mârt (1)315. The bid was decided in favor of the applicant for an amount of ten thousand one hundred piasters according to the current currency. Since the following decision was taken in agreement with the bidders, it was concluded that this public bid to be hung up for eleven days starting on the date below. Thus, whoever wants to offer higher bid should do so in accordance with the rules. In order for this to be known, these directions were published on the 15th of Mârt (1)315 (27th of March 1899).
