The carriage driver, Shjade Karse, picked up some of his clothes so as to bring them from Jaffa to Jerusalem. When he arrived in Jerusalem, the petitioner asked for the clothes from Karse, but he refused to give them to him. Thus, he is kindly asking for an order to give him back the clothes, because he is an Orthodox Christian.
