Because of the nearing festivities for the feast of the throne (‘aîd al julûs) of the sultan, we have decided to nominate one of us the honorable Al Hâj Bakr Effendi Al Nashâshîbî in order to supervise the issue of the different needed expenses on the day of the feast and the night of decorations, in this in addition to the task given to Jiryîs Al Jawharîyya. In order to certify this, his decision was taken on the 16th of Agustos (1)316 (29th of August 1900).
