Given the approach of the imperial festival of (al-muwahhid)?, it has been decided by the council to nominate one of us, the respectable al-Hâj Husayn Effendi in charge of decoration and to pay him what is needed from the municipality treasury in Jerusalem. Accordingly, this decision was taken on the 17th of Kânûn Awwal (1)311 (29th of January 1896).
