It is announced that the telegram dated on the 16th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)324, presented from the higher Nablus province, that the second part of carriage road which extends from Jerusalem to Nablus, and whose repairs are the responsibility of the mentioned province, is now being repaired, and all carts are prevented from passing. If a cart driver wants to pass, he will be prevented and turned back. In order for this to be known, these procedures were published on the 20th of Tishrîn Thânî (1)324 (3rd of December 1908).
