There is a need for the construction of two stables, one for the now bereft of strenght animals to be seized by the Society for the Protection of Animals, and one for the animals that shall be used in the transfer of the water designed to be drawn next year by the municipality on governmental account over the macadams outside the city. A negotiation has thus been held on this regard, and it has been considered appropriate that these two stables be constructed outside the city, in the northern side of Birket-üs-Sultan, which belongs to the municipality. In accordance with the hereby presented map, the estimated expense for construction is 22245 piasters as respected current akçe. However, there is no relevant item in the municipal budget for the payment of this amount. Hence, as regards taking a decision to cover the said sum through the the West Bank Bridge incomes, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council.
