If the doctor stated to have been appointed is removed, there will be no municipal doctor in Hebron; hence, Konstanti Halebi Effendi, who has a legal diploma, was referred to in this respect and he agreed to be appointed as the Municipal Doctor of Gaza. Thus, it is appropriate to report in reply that the said doctor shall be appointed with the stated salary after the administration of an oath in the Kaza Administrative Council. The 2nd of Kanûn Thânî (1)311 (14th of December 1895).
