It has been found by the council to be urgent to install a street lamp in the courtyard of Abû Farhah in Bâb Hitta neighborhood. Accordingly, it has been decided by the council to hang the [above] mentioned street lamp starting at the eighth of Tammûz (1)315. [This street lamp] will be added to the number of street lamps [in the city] totaled one hundred and eighty eight that have already been installed. In order to pay for [the expenses of lighting] this lamp in accordance with the decided [budget] starting at the [above-] mentioned date, this decision was taken on the 7th of Tammûz (1)315 (19th of July 1899).
