After the deliberations of the council, it was decided to appoint one of us, the respectable Effendi al Khâlidî and the accounting clerk Abdul-Qâdir Effendi to meet with all tax collectors and deliver the needed ledgers. In order to obtain approval, this decision was taken on the 11th of Agustos (1)324 (24th of August 1908).
