Due to the fact that the shop rented by him from the municipality last year was not rented to him this year, Abram Hirş bin İbrahim, the said person, even though he had a door outside, claimed that the other door also belonged to him, pulling out and seizing the door.
In order to retrieve the door from the said person and protect it after investigating the matter and proving the truth, it is appropriate to relegate the problem to the Police department. The 6th of Mâyis (1)3015 (17th of May 1899).
