Any of the 800 vaccination items that our council demanded in the act dated 5 July 1900 due to the epidemics of smallpox in Jerusalem has not been received as of now. Hence it is appropriate to reiterate the issue of sending the items at the earliest convenience to the Ministry of Health (Tıbbiyye Nezareti) through a telegram by the Governor of the Sanjak. The 13th of Aylûl (1)316 (26th of September 1900).
