In the Armenian neighborhood, a house owned by Mahmud Nemir Effendi and Muhammed Ali Nemir Effendi was previously demolished and its wreckage has remained on the public street. Even though the above-mentioned persons have been repeatedly admonished and warned to rapidly remove the wreckage in question, no favourable result has been taken; and it has been estimated that the transfer of this wreckage requires 4 French liras. For collecting this money from them before removing this wreckage by way of the municipality, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Municipal Police Force. The 13th of Tammûz (1)315 (25th of July 1909).
