According to the application presented by Rahamîm Effendi, the Ottoman Musawî, and Khawâja Ishâq Lîsh the Ottoman Ashkenazi, the qumbaniyya of Ohil Shlomoqnin has been inspected. It appeared that the two applicants left around two to four and a half arms length of their land, and opened the road. Since khawâja Valero started to build a wall on the mentioned road without leaving any space, and in violation of article eight of the Buildings Law, which stipulates that people should leave a certain amount of space on road sides, it has been decided to warn Khawâja Valero to stop the building of this wall. In order to obtain approval, this decision was taken on the 12th of Agustos (1)314 (24th of August 1898).
