One of the bulletins introduces the bought and sold properties, the newly-built buildings and financial reports of 1893-1905 and 1905-1907. A conclusion and decision on the report sent to Constantinople by the Patriarchate of Jerusalem. One of the bulletins is on the orphans, the struggle between the two opposing parties inside the patriarchate (for and against Ghevond), the inner situation of the patriarchate.
