[Urgent proceedings Part 2]

This sub-series includes documents related to reforms aiming to improve agriculture in the provinces of Rumelia and Anatolia; changes in the administrative and civil divisions; establishment of the janissary organisation; tax regulations and representation of foreigners in the Ottoman State in the ruling mechanism according to their population and their employment.

Registers of Employee and Service

This is a register group resulting from the work of Employee Registry Commission (Sicil-i Ahvâl Komisyonu) founded during the rule of Abdulhamid in 1878. These registers may include short biographies of all the civil and judiciary officials. There are registers of 92.000 officials from 1879 to 1909, including their names, nicknames or identity records, fathers, families, inaugurations, educational levels, achievements and skills, dismissals or appointments or judgments and, if non-Muslim, their nationalities.
The starting and ending Hijri dates for this series are 1283-1341.

General Directorate of Public Safety

This catalogue includes tables of general crimes and criminal statistics as well as procedures about those who were treated as suspicious, crimes like fraud, pickpocketing, files about criminals involved into these crimes, the chasing and arresting of fugitives and about the sending of the unemployed, vagabonds and beggars to their homelands or proper regions, as well as the lists of weapons seized from the public.
The starting and ending Hijri dates for this subseries are 1333-1338.

Dosya 89, Gömlek 125, July 9, 1918 (Gregorian calendar) - 9 Şevval 1336 (Ottoman calendar)

Telegram sent by the Public Safety Office to the Jerusalem Governorate that says: "Following the articles in some European newspapers, one thousand six hundred Armenians have been evacuated by the English and sent from Es-Salt to Jerusalem. Information to be sent about these Armenians who were likely moved away.". Signed by Talat Interior Minister.

Dosya 79 A, Gömlek 34, September 3, 1917 (Gregorian calendar) - 16 Zilkade 1335 (Ottoman calendar)

Telegram sent by the Ministry of War Correspondence Office to the Jerusalem Governorate stating that one thousand kuruş each is to be given to the Armenian Katokigos and the five bishops and four priests who are in Jerusalem and are members of the Patriarchate Clergy. Dosya 79 A, Gömlek 131, September 18, 1917 (Gregorian calendar) - 1 Zilhicce 1335 (Ottoman calendar)

Telegram sent by the Public Safety Office to the Syria province asking for information to be sent regarding Kirkor Efendi who was elected as member of the Jerusalem Armenian Council instead of his brother Benekliyan Efendi. Signed by Talat Interior Minister.

Dosya 78, Gömlek 47, July 5, 1917 (Gregorian calendar) - 15 Ramazan 1335 (Ottoman calendar)

Telegram sent to the provinces of Aydın, Adana, Beirut, Aleppo and Trabzon, and the Governorates of , Izmit, Jerusalem, Bolu and Canik which talks about Armenians who were taken from Switzerland to Italy with English passports and are likely to go through Greece and onto Ottoman shores and asks for necessary precautions to be taken.
