According to the papers, between 1911 and 1912, in occasion of the Italo-Turkish war, the defence of Italian citizens was assumed by the German Consulate.
It consists in protocol registers and letter books; civil status registers; registers of judgements; the deeds collection. It contains also the registrations of the administrative, personnel and maintenance costs and the registers of Haifa and Jaffa vice-consulates.
