This subseries includes the correspondences between the court and such offices as Ministry of Posting and Telegraph (Posta ve Telgraf Nazırı), Galata Post-Office (Galata Postanesi), Manastır Inspectorship of Posting and Telegraph (Manastır Posta ve Telgraf Müfettişliği), Halep Inspectorship of Posting and Telegraph (Halep Telgraf ve Posta Başmüdürlüğü), İstanbul Centre of Telegraphs (İstanbul Telgraf Merkezi), İstanbul Centre of Telegraphs (Beyoğlu Telgraf Merkezi) and the Directory of General Correspondence (Muhaberat-ı Umumiye Müdüriyeti).

Mère Aloysia (Justine Maret), Prieure fondatrice du Carmel du Pater Noster

Françoise-Marie-Aloysia Maret : née à Camaret (département du Vaucluse, France) en 1824. Fille de François Maret, maire de Camaret, et de Marie-Thérèse Dianoux, propriétaire. Entre au Carmel en janvier 1846. Fait profession le 21 novembre 1847. Elue sous-prieure puis prieure le 25 décembre 1865. Réélue Prieure (1865-1870) et maîtresse des novices. Part fonder le Carmel à Jérusalem le 9 octobre 1873. Meurt au Carmel du Pater Noster à Jérusalem le 13 décembre 1902.
