This subseries includes the correspondences between the court and such offices as Ministry of Posting and Telegraph (Posta ve Telgraf Nazırı), Galata Post-Office (Galata Postanesi), Manastır Inspectorship of Posting and Telegraph (Manastır Posta ve Telgraf Müfettişliği), Halep Inspectorship of Posting and Telegraph (Halep Telgraf ve Posta Başmüdürlüğü), İstanbul Centre of Telegraphs (İstanbul Telgraf Merkezi), İstanbul Centre of Telegraphs (Beyoğlu Telgraf Merkezi) and the Directory of General Correspondence (Muhaberat-ı Umumiye Müdüriyeti).

Françoise-Marie-Aloysia Maret : born in Camaret (Vaucluse department, France) in 1824. Daughter of François Maret, mayor of Camaret, and Marie-Thérèse Dianoux, land owner. She entered the Carmel on January 1846. Faith profession on November 21, 1847. She was elected vice-prioress and then prioress on December 25, 1865. She was elected prioress again from 1865 to 1870, and she was also novices' supervisor. She went to settle the Jerusalem Carmelite convent on October 9, 1873. She died there on December 13, 1902.
