نعلن ان الأرز المقتضى الى العساكر الموجودة وستوجد في معسكر الأرودي الخامس وسنجاق حوران مطروح لموقع المناقصة . عن مدة سنة كاملة بموجب الشروط المحفوظة بالمجلس البلدي . فمن له رغبة بالمناقصة فليراجع الدائرة البلدية بظرف اربعة وعشرون ساعة من تاريخه . وليكون معلوم صار نشر الكيفية في 24 تشرين ثاني 314 .

كون ان الطريق الموصلة الى الشيخ جراح المعروفة بطريق تلول المصابن مقدار مساحتها من طرف ثمانية أذرع ومن طرف سبعة أذرع , والآن مراد السيد رشيد كمال وأخيه داود احداث بئر ماء وحائط في أرضهما الواقعة خارج باب العامود بحذا الطريق المذكورة . بناءا عليه تنسب مجلسيا بأن يكون بناء الحائط المذكور على خط الاستوى , بحيث تكون الطريق المذكورة ثمانية أذرع ونصف . أعني يقتضي ان يترك السيد رشيد المذكور من الجهة التي مساحتها ثمانية أذرع نصف ذراع ومن الجهة التي مقدارها سبعة أذرع ذراع ونصف . بحيث تكون جميع الطريق ثمانية أذرع ونصف . وعلى ذلك عطى هذا القرار في 25 تشرين (ثاني 314 ) .

بموجب اعلام مجلس ادارة اللواء المؤرخ في 28 تشرين ثاني تحت نومرو 1514 , يلزم حفظ كافة الفوانيس الكبار والصغار مع كافة السناجق العثمانية والالمانية , مع تنظيم دفتر بكمباتها واطاء نسخة لقلم المحاسبة. ولدى التذاكر تبين بان محمود عبدالله صاحب انانة وذو لياقة لكي يكون انارجي لحفظ هذه الأشياء وكافة الأدوات العائدة للمجلس. بناءا عليه تنسب مجلسيا بتعيينه اينارجي اعتبارا من ابتداء كانون أول 314 لغاية شباط 314 , بمعاش شهري ماية وخمسين غرش صاغ الميري . فلأجل صرف المبلغ المذكور من صندوق المجلس شهرا بشهر , صار اعطاء هذا القرار في 1 كانون أول 314 .

يعلن للعموم بان حفريات واخراجات وبيع الحجر في حاصبيا مطروح لموقع المزايدة . وتقرر احالته في نهاية كانون الثاني القادم . فكل من له رغبة عليه ان يراجع ادارة الاراضي السنية في الشام . ولأجل يكون معلوم صار نشر الكيفية في 2 كانون أول 314 .

حيث تبين من الكشف المعطى من طرف مهندس البلدية بان اللغم الواقع في محلة اليهود بدرجة الطابونة بجوار دور شلومو معلوف وعيوش معلوف وشموئيل الذباح والخواجة بالومبا وحرمة بانسيون الدلال وابرام قاقيه , مسدود . ويلزم تعميره وتسليكه مقدار عشر ريالات مجيدي . بناءا عليه تنسب مجلسيا بتعيين احدنا يشوعا افندي مع المهندس لاجل توزيع هذا المبلغ على أرباب الدور المذكورة وتحصيله . وتعمير اللغم المذكور . وبيانا لذلك صار اعطاء هذا القرار في 9 كانون أول 314 .

With task of taking due action in respect thereof to be dealt with later, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Police department and the Municipal Police Force so as to first examine whether there is any convenience to issue the said license and to obtain a surety bond if it is understood that there is any inconvenience thereof. It has also been understood by the council that the said person cannot afford the payment. Hence, in accordance with the 66. article of the Municipal Regulation and 37. article of the Penal Code, it has been considered appropriate to arrest him for a week. As regards taking due action in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter again to the Municipal Police Force. The 14th of Kânûn Awwal (1)314 (26th of December 1898).

It has been considered extremely necessary that decorations be made outside the city by hanging bell jars, cleaning be done and watchmen be appointed. Since the majority of those residing outside the city are foreigners, the consulate translators have been summoned for negotiating the method of payment of the expenditures necessary for these works. As written above, it has been understood that there is thus a need for two thousand piasters as respected current akçe. For the purpose of gradually implementing the said works, it has been declared by the said translators that watchmen be appointed in another year and only decoration and lighting be set up from the beginning of 1315 (13 March 1899); and that the approximate amount of ten thousand piasters necessary for decoration and lighting be apportioned among the owners of the lands outside the city. Since these practices have been apportioned for their interests among those residing within the city and in other lands, our council has also examined the matter of allocating this on residents. However, as regards negotiating the matter of waiving the appointment of the said watchmen and the method of payment of the said expenditures and making an explanation in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. Even though it has been demanded that the 130 kilos of gunpowder to be used in Jaffa in the month of Ramadan be purchased from the Jaffa arsenal, it has been stated in the letter sent from the Jaffa Mayorship that there is currently no such material. Hence, as regards the purchase at the ascertained price of the requested gunpowder from the arsenal here, it is appropriate to notify the Jerusalem Area Commandership in respect thereof.
