Content: It is the Turkish translation of the Arabic waqfiyya of the Ebû Medyen Şuayb al-Maghribi dated 29 Ramazan 720. It is stated in the waqfiyya that the founder assigned the lands of the village of ‘Ain Karim near Jerusalem, his property, as waqf the income of which was to benefit the Zâwiyah and the Maghribis.

حيث تبين بالعام الماضجي بان الماء التي تتجمع في بركة السلطان صالحة للرش . ومن المقتضى المحافظة عليها لبينما تحصل المباشرة بالرش بهذه السنة . بناءا عليه تنسب مجلسيا بتعيين حارس لكي يمنع الاشخاص الذين يأخذون منها مياه ولعدم خوض البهائم بها . ولدى التحري تبين بان الحاج قاسم المغربي به الكفاية . وقد صار قطع له معاش شهري ستة ريالات مجيدي اعتبارا
