1647 July 11 (1057 Ğumādā II 8), al-Quds, Huǧǧa by Sulayman b. Abi-I-Hadi, muwalla hilafatan

It verifies the payment of the salary to as-sayh Abd al-Haqq and Mustafa aga b. Murad efendi. The latter has been appointed to collect harag for one year in compliance with the daftar received from the dīwān of Dimasq.

He informs them that he has been surprised by the event that had taken place in al-Quds, rumors about which have reached him.

After 1802 May 4 (1217), al-Quds, Mahdar from the inhabitants of al-Quds to the wālī of as-Sa'm and legalized by Mustafa Nafiz, qādī of al-Quds

It contains complaints of deeds of the mutasallim Qasim bey. The latter, with the help of yeniceri's leader 'Utman aga, has provoked many riots and disturbances. They beg the wālī to show mercy to the suffering inhabitants of al-Quds and to expel the mutasallim from their country.

The cost of the paper used up during July 1844 for the needs of the ḫazinā and the dīwān amounts to 263 ġurūš and 30 sulver [pāra]. They are paid by the ḫazinā of al-Quds.

1859 May 12 (1275 Nīsān 30), al-Quds, Sanad from Kurd Umar, yūzbāšī attached to the regular army

He verifies that the mālṣundūq of al-Quds has paid to him 5344 ġurūš and a half, which have been spent for the daily rations of the soldiers and for fodder for the horses during the indicated month.

1862 September 12 (1278 Aġusṭus 31), al-Quds, Daftar prepared by bīñbāšī Utman al-Qasim

It represents a list of the names of the soldiers from the regular mounted troops under his command and verifies the payment of 16144 ġurūš and 26 fiḍḍa from the ḫazinā of al-Quds for salaries of the soldiers for the indicated month.

1865 October 2nd to November 28 (1281 Aylūl 20 to Tišrīn II 16), al-Quds, Ard from military men from the first tabur, located in al-Quds and belonging to the second allay of the fourth Sultan's army

The report is followed by a maḍbaṭa of the members of the Managing Council of al-Quds: Faydi Islam, qādī; Muhammad Tahir, mudīr maliyya; as-sayyid Muhammad Ali, nāẓir nufus and others; Sanad from al-hagg Makkt Mustafa, naǧǧār.
The documents give reasons for the necessity of repair of the three qarawulhanes in Sitt Maryam (Bab as-Sayyida Maryam), Sa'm qapusi (Bab Sa'm) and Bab Bani Da'ud (Bab Sayyidina Da'ud). The total cost of the repair, according to the preliminary calculations, amounts to 450 ġurūš. The ḫazinā of al-Quds has paid 429 ġurūš. The ard is in Ottoman Turkish.
