One of the bulletins introduces the bought and sold properties, the newly-built buildings and financial reports of 1893-1905 and 1905-1907. A conclusion and decision on the report sent to Constantinople by the Patriarchate of Jerusalem. One of the bulletins is on the orphans, the struggle between the two opposing parties inside the patriarchate (for and against Ghevond), the inner situation of the patriarchate. With another bulletin a group a monks ask the Patriarch of Constantinople to let their outcast friends return to Jerusalem. The minute extracts are on the illegitimacies of pro-Ghevondians, there is also information on the investigative committee's actions. The last letter is on the escape of seven vardapets to the convent of Joppe, the tensions betweem Armenian citizens and the requestors of reports, the incompetence of Patriarch Harutyun, the chaos inside the brotherhood, falcifications, clashes between citizens and some monks.

A bulletin addressed from the Patriarch of Constantinople Yeghishe Durian; from Yeghishe Durian to the brotherhood of Jerusalem.
Papers on Petros Sarajian, the principal of the Jarangavorats Seminary. The latter introduces to the patriarch the 5-year program of the seminary asking for confirmation. Attached is the list of the subjects to be taught, the timeline and the list of the teachers. Principal Sarajian, general assembly member Mesrop Nshanyan and principal Matevos Gayegchyan introcude their resignation letters to the patriarch. Vardapet Mushegh accuses Patriarch Harutyun of the condition of the patriarchate, critizising him for a number of inquities. Correspondence between Matevos Izmirlyan and Mihran Setyan, plan of resolution and a report prepared by Matevos Gayegchyan

Mihran Setyan and Matevos Izmirlyan discuss the need for establishing a special board for the investigation of the financial issues of the convent of Jerusalem. They discuss the financial issues of the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem, the reasons for the debt, the financial report sent to Constantinople by vardapet Ghevond, the issues of selling and buying of properties, the inner issues of the brotherhood. They discuss the need for establishing peace inside the brotherhood; other national issues. The resolution concerns the investigation of the financial issues of the Patriarchate introduced to the joint assembly of the central board. The 60-page report on the financial defalcations of vardapet Ghevond between 1889-1906 is prepared by Matevos Gayegchyan.

They also discuss some financial issues of the brotherhood, as well as personal issues. Ormanian and Izmirlyan discussing the financial and other defalcations done by Ghevond Makhsudyan, the fact that Ghevond had come up with appeals and requests to the Ministry of Justice. They discuss the inner issues of the Jerusalem patriarchate, the huge debts. They mention about some of the issues of Jarangavorats Seminary, the behavior of some rebellious monks, their personal issues. In the administrative decree it is ordered to carry out financial examinations in the patriarchate's accounts for the period between 1892-1905. The bulletins discuss the need for expelling Matevos Izmirlyan from Jerusalem. There is also an article called "The Shabat" from an unknown journal.

From archbishop Jalalyan to the Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem Harutyun Vehapetyan

Archbishop Sargis Jalalyan writes that before his arrival in Constantinople an appeal had been made to the Supreme Porte with a request to take action against the wrongdoings of the Latin church. The government had accepted the request and had the ceiling of the temple repaired and granted a license to hang the Armenian and Greek pictures according to the old custom.

Archbihsop Sargis Jalalyan writes about his hard trip to Zmyrnia. He praises the love for education and other virtues of the locals. Mentions about having met with brother-in-law and other people. Mentions that his visit was successful. At the end, highlights the daily development of the Armenian patriarchate of Jerusalem and the weakening of the Etchmiadzin catholicosate, expressing his worries that the attention of Armenians will then completely be drawn to Jerusalem.

From archbishop Sargis Jalalyan to the Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem Yesayi

As a response to the invitation of the Armenian Patriarch of Jerusalem, promises to pay a visit. Advises to quit the unfruitful idea of uniting the Armenian and Greek churches, mentioning that nine former catholicoses were unable to do so.
