About an old municipal clock tower, 14 June 1909 (Gregorian calendar) - 1 Huzayrân 1325 (Ottoman fiscal calendar (Rumi)

Following the dispatching of the municipal clock, located over the Jaffa Gate castle, to Beersheba, another clock has been instituted in its stead; and as there is now no tower in Beersheba for hanging it, the old clock would remain inactive and tend to break down. Hence, it has been considered that it be temporarily kept in the Temple Mount until it is put to use in Beersheba; though, for holding a negotiation on the subject and explaining the proper course of action to be taken in respect thereof, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 1st of Huzayrân (1)325 (14th of June 1909).

About analyzed water and sum due to the doctor, 2 August 1910 (Gregorian calendar) - 20 Tammûz 1326 (Ottoman fiscal calendar (Rumi)

The report given by Doctor Manşin regarding the water he analyzed is in accordance with science. However, it is stated in the hereby presented report given by the municipal doctors on 27 July 1910 that it would be more appropriate if this water is analyzed and examined by another expert. It has been considered necessary that the fee of 1,000 franc requested by the said doctor for this work be provided to him, but the payment of this sum needs some time as the skin and intestine revenues allotted for the expenses of bringing the said water have yet to be obtained. Hence, as regards negotiating covering the said sum from the 2,000 lira allotted by the Ministry of Public Works for the water work to be carried out within the sanjak of Jerusalem, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 20th of Tammûz (1)326 (2nd of August 1910).
