Against the blessed of Bethlehem, that although His Beatitude assigned the petitions (no. 28 and 29 of the previous year) to him, he did nothing because he hates him and the petitioner is afraid that he might harm him when he sees him in the street, so if they don't plan to give him the necessary defense, he is asking at least to be given a place to stay in Jerusalem.

Priest Hanna Panayot (Χάννα Παναγιώτ) has a bank bond of 6,000 piasters dated from 1866, with interest, the amount derived from the money of the poor of Bethlehem, and the debtor is Hanna Sirie (Χάννα Σηρίε) who died two days ago. The amount of the interest is up to 20,000 piasters, and no one knew of the existence of this bond because it was hidden by that priest, does anyone know why? So they ask to investigate why it was hidden for such a long time, they submitted the same report to the blessed of Bethlehem.

He provides a testimony for what was written against him (No. 16), he rejects every claim and with regards to the bribe, he says that the person who bribed him or the mediator of the bribe should have sued him, not Zacharias (Ζαχαρίας) and his acquaintances. Then he describes the bank bond issue (No 40) and finally, he asks the case to be investigated and the guilty to be punished.

He has built on the land that His Beatitude bought for him instead of his land, but there is a piece of land up to half a cubit in the northwestern part, where he wants to build, but Iprahim Samman (Ιπραήμ Σαμαάν) and his brother prevent him from building anything. He asked the Dragoman to order them to stop doing this, and he also ordered Apou-Soukri (Άπου- Σούκρι), who so far hasn’t taken any action, to stop them from preventing him to build, and although he is Latin, he is nevertheless a child of His Beatitude.
