Part of Registers of Jerusalem Municipality Council during the Ottoman period
The water transferred from Bitir to Jerusalem by railroad is obtained from the spring located in this village and known as Ayn-ı cami’, which is owned by the railroad company. Therefore, in order to explain to the petitioners that they do not have any right to demand compromises for this reason, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force.
