İş bu takrir meclis-i acizânemizce serâpâ mütalaa kılındı dâhil-i belde ebniyesinin Ebniye Nizamnâmesi ahkâmına tabi olmaması için karar mevcûd olmayıp derûn-ı beldede mevcûd ebniyenin birbirine muttasıl ve üç dört kattan ibâret bulunmasından naşi yeniden sokak güşâdı veya mevcûdunun tevsi’i veyahûd istikâmete tatbiki için mevcûd ebniyenin hedm ve arâzi alınmasına belediye meclisi tarafından bu seneye kadar teşebbüsâtta bulunulmadığından bi-t-tabi zikr olunan Ebniye nizamnâmesinin mevâd-ı ahkâmı icrâ olunamamış ve Ebniye Nizamnâmesinin sekizinci maddesinde vüs’ât için yola alınacak yerlerin yolun iki tarafından ebniye inşâ ve tahdidinde alınacağı mezkûr bulunmuş olmasıyla her ne kadar Ermeni Manstırınaa aid mevzû’-i bahs olan mahalattan yola icâr eden mikdarın terki talep olunmuş ise de iş bu ebniyenin geri çekilmesinden fi’-l hakika önünde köşe teşkil edip yola faidesi görülmeyeceğinden inşâsına tasavurla ruhsât i’tâsı müktezi ise o suretin emr ve irâde buyrulması mutevakkıf-ı müsaade-i celile-i mutasarrıflarıdır ol babda. Ayn Karim ve Malha ve Eriha karyelerinden ba’id arâzi-i hâliyede sayd teâtisinden bir beis olmadığından sahib-i istidaya ruhsât i’tâsı zımmında dûyûn-ı umûmiye müdüriyetine emr ü havâlesi babında. Fi 23 Kanûn-ı sâni sene 314.

It has been decided to build a model of the honorable Dome of the Rock and the Chain Dome with a notecase that contains the photos of some religious and pilgrimage areas from seashells, and people of Bethlehem have been contracted for the purpose. The council has decided to pay seven French liras to Khawâjah Dâwûd Sâsûn Al Sâyigh, who pledged to the people of Bethlehem to make a gold lock for the mentioned notecase. In order to pay this sum from the municipal treasury in Jerusalem, this decision was taken on the 5th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)314 (17th of October 1898).

Based upon the application presented by Abdullâh Al-Maslamânî and his companions, to be given a license to operate a chocolate factory. Since it has been understood from the police report that there is no danger in their work, we recommended to give them the license for a month starting from the 3rd of Tishrîn Awwal (1)314. According to this, the decision was taken on the 5th of Tishrîn Awwal (1)314 (17th of October 1898).
