Members of the Managing Council: Muhammad al-Hilmi, wālī; Mustafa, muftī; as-sayyid Muhammad Ali, nāẓir nufus; as-sayyid Muhammad Tahir, kātib mal and others.
The cost of the bread and barley used for the daily rations of the bīñbāšī and the soldiers for the indicated month is 5533 ġurūš and a half. The sum was granted from the ḫazinā of al-Quds.

He verifies that the mālṣundūq of al-Quds has paid to him 5344 ġurūš and a half, which have been spent for the daily rations of the soldiers and for fodder for the horses during the indicated month.

Members of the Managing Council: Utman, mudīr; Ibrahim al-Hamuray, nā'ib; Muhammad Halil at-Tamimi, muftī and others.
It represents a detailed list of names of the soldiers for daily rations. For rations for the month Nīsān 1277 [according to Ottoman religious calendar] - from April 13 to May 10, 1861. 12750 ġurūš have been received from the ḫazinā of al-Quds.

It represents a list of the names of the soldiers from the regular mounted troops under his command and verifies the payment of 16144 ġurūš and 26 fiḍḍa from the ḫazinā of al-Quds for salaries of the soldiers for the indicated month.

1865 December 24 to 1866 January 16 (1282 Ša’bān 5 to 28), al-Quds, Daftar prepared by as-sayyid Bakr Abu-s-Sa'ud, member of the Managing Council of al-Quds, and Ibrahim Husayn an-Namari, mi'mar basi

The daftar is followed by a maḍbaṭa of the members of the Managing Council: Faydi Islam, qādī; Muhammad Tahir, mudīr mal; as-sayyid Muhammad Nas'at, mudīr tahrirat; Ya'qub al-Basir, [haham] of the Jews and others.
The document is prepared in connection with the repair of the prison in al-Quds; the expenses for it amounts to 662 ġurūš.

He verifies that from the mālṣundūq of al-Quds he has been paid 3820 ġurūš (the cost of the swords and robes of honour bought for the tribes in Gazza in order of the mutaṣarrif and with the consent of the Managing Council.

1865 October 2nd to November 28 (1281 Aylūl 20 to Tišrīn II 16), al-Quds, Ard from military men from the first tabur, located in al-Quds and belonging to the second allay of the fourth Sultan's army

The report is followed by a maḍbaṭa of the members of the Managing Council of al-Quds: Faydi Islam, qādī; Muhammad Tahir, mudīr maliyya; as-sayyid Muhammad Ali, nāẓir nufus and others; Sanad from al-hagg Makkt Mustafa, naǧǧār.
The documents give reasons for the necessity of repair of the three qarawulhanes in Sitt Maryam (Bab as-Sayyida Maryam), Sa'm qapusi (Bab Sa'm) and Bab Bani Da'ud (Bab Sayyidina Da'ud). The total cost of the repair, according to the preliminary calculations, amounts to 450 ġurūš. The ḫazinā of al-Quds has paid 429 ġurūš. The ard is in Ottoman Turkish.

Members of the Managing Council: Faydi Islam, qādī; Mustafa, muftī; Muhammad Tahir, mudīr maliyya, as-sayyid Muhammad Amin, mudīr awqaf; Anton, a representative of the Latins; Grigorius, a representative of the Greeks, Ishaq Isra'il of the Jews and others.
It shows the spending of 3820 ġurūš for swords and robes of honour, which were presented as a token of mercy on behalf of the state to the tribes from Gazza where the people of the mutaṣarrif of al-Quds have gone to in order to collect the state arrears.

Sanad by which the payment of 2252 ġurūš from the ḫazinā of al-Quds is verified. The sum represents the cost of the wax, olive oil and others necessary for the lighting of the building of the Managing Council and the departments in the governmental sarāy during the nights of the month Ramadan 1282 (from January 1st to February 16, 1866).
