Consultation Office of the Legal Counsellor

Established as a unit affiliated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1883/1301, the Advice Bureau is a counselling body that examines the legal issues concerning the foreign affairs of the Ottoman State and offers its opinion on them. Correspondence Office

The Correspondence Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Hariciye Mektubi Kalemi) is the unit that conducts the correspondences of the ministry with the other ministries and offices in İstanbul and the institutions and organizations in the country.
