Request for communication regarding instructions for villages: In accordance with the decree sent from the Ministry of Internal Affairs dated 10 July 1894, the necessary notifications were sent to all the villages of the kaza of Jerusalem. As stated in the verdict of the Sanjak Administrative Council, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the municipal police force in order to distribute 130 copies of instruction to the concerned villages. The municipal council discussed the matter of the covering the construction and administration cost of this hospital and it was understood that economically speaking, it would be sufficient to take the hides of the animals slaughtered in the slaughterhouse. Necessity to stop a construction relegated to the Office of Main Register of Revenues and the Municipal Police Force: The mentioned wall was inspected by the persons whose names are written at the back of this letter and it was understood that the wall had been collectively owned by the Greek Monastery, Abdulkadir Abu and Şeref Bilbi (?) In spite of the warnings issued by our council as regards the fact no one might construct a building without applying to the Court of First Instance, it was understood from the said petition that a building was still being constructed by the Greek Monastery. In order to call a halt to the construction done by the Greek Monastery and bring a suit against, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Office of Main Register of Revenues and the municipal police force.
