Bu husûsda fi 15 Haziran sene 1315 tarih ve 55 numrolu Kudüs Mevki’ Kumandanlığı cânibinden huzûr-i âlî-i mutasarrıf-ı efhemîye takdîm olunup belediye meclisine havâle buyrulan takrîr üzerine lokanta-i mezkûrenin keşfi icrâ edilerek anda müceddeden ebniye inşâ olunacak mahallin asthı kal’eden ateş hattından 8 metre 25 santim daha alçak olduğu tebeyyün etmiş ve nizâmı dairesinde ebniye ta’tili için dün gece saat 2’de Rum Patrikhanesine bir tezkere gönderilip bugün ale-s-sabah belediye müfettişi dahi gönderilmiş ise de ebniye ta’tili ve ameliy-ı mezkûreye müktezî kerestenin men'i duhûlü için Topçu Yüzbaşısı tarafından asâkir-i şâhâneden bir topçu mevcûd olduğu göründüğünden bainaen-aleyh belediye meclisi müdahâlesine mahal kalmamış olmağla ol babda. Request for fireworks

Ban of doctors and pharmacists who do not hold diplomas from School of Medicine: The decree issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs on 19 November 1888 (5 Teşrîn-i sâni 1304) orders that those doctors and pharmacists who do not hold diplomas from School of Medicine are to be banned from their profession. It is understood from this report that the above-mentioned people, although they do no hold a diploma authorized by the School of Medicine, continue to practice medicine. Thus, for the expulsion of those who are subjects of foreign countries, it is appropriate to write a notice to the consulates of the countries of which they are citizens; and for the expulsion of the Ottoman subjects, it is appropriate to send the municipality police. Husûs-ı mezkûrda led-et-tezekkür sene-i cedîde hulûlü münâsebetiyle bütçesi desdest-i tanzîm olunduğu gibi mal ve belediye sandığına aid rüsûmun müzayedeye___ tenvîr-i belde bedel-i masârifi münâkasaya mutâvi bulunmasından dolayı meclis-i âcizânemiz işgâli gâyet ziyâde olup meclis-i idâre-i livâ kararında beyân buyrulan hususâtın icrâsı te’hir edeceği ve böyle umûr-ı mühimmenin te’hiri câ’iz olmadığından bir komisyon-ı mahsûs teşkîl buyrularak mevâdd-ı mezkûre ma’rifetiyle rû’yet ve te’sîsi mütalaa olunmuş ise de icrâ-yı icâbı her halde r’ey-i âlî-i mutasarrıf-ı efhemilerine menût bulunmuş olmağla ol babda.
