Secret report ; German project to open in Jerusalem Anti-Tuberculosis Society, Dr Mühlens from German Institute for Tropical Medicine established a laboratory in German sanatorium on the Mount of Olives, studying of malaria. He visited prisons, schools, hospitals, took 300 blood samples. For avoiding rumours about German expansion, it was decided to open a brunch of international Anti-Tuberculosis Society. Necessity of consulate's support, local population doesn't help to take antimalarial measures. Sender: Russian consul general in Jerusalem A.F.
