With respect to the telegram dated 21 March 1917 and numbered 9971/45 sent from the office of mutasarrifate referring to the letter by the Ministry of Internal Affairs
In order to notify prospective action to be taken thereof, it has been decided that the matter has to be notified in reply for explaining the amount of the mentioned gas and sugar to be sent to Jerusalem and its environs; their price, and freight rate. The 27th of Mârt (1)333 (27th of March 1917).
