The log given by Tawfîq Effendi Murâd, officer in charge of the reception of rye and hay from (illegible) for the animals, which stock has declined for the benefit of the reserve soldiers in Jerusalem and Al Bireh, indicated that the remaining amount after expenses is 154
and a half tabi (?) and four aqât of rye and seven loards of hay. It has therefore been decided
to propose this amount for public auction and take the benefit for the municipality’s treasury. In order for this to be approved, this decision was taken on the 19th of Shubât (1)320 (4th of March 1905).
