An inspection has been made about the said stationhouses, which has led to the conclusion that painting and fixing their doors require a cost of 2080 piasters at the rate of daric-i bender in accordance with the hereby presented inspection report. There is no relevant source in the budget for this since the payment of the said sum is not a task to be undertaken by our council, and our council is having extreme financial problems due to the fund’s heavy level of expenditures. Hence, as regards the negotiation of financing this money from another source, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council. The 30th of Aylûl (1)314 (12th of October 1898).
