Kudüs-i Şerif’de at ve bargir ve katır ve merkebin beher reisinden maktûan ikişer ve kara sığır ve develerin beher re’sinden dörder guruş bac-ı hayvan rüsûmu alınmakta olduğu ve iş bu rüsûm fi’l asıl mal sandığına aid olub Kudüs’te belediye meclisi teşkilinde sûret-i muharrer üzerine kâffesi belediyeye terk olunduğu ve 1304 senesinde yine nısfı hazine-i celîleye alındığı müzâyede pusulaları led-et-tetebbu tebeyyün etmiş olmağla ol babda.
