According to recent deliberations, it has been decided to supervise all rented properties from the beginning of Rajab, (1)329, with the knowledge of all tax collectors to check the validity of their rents as stipulated in article 22 of the contract system. If a shop has been rented without a regular contract, information should be presented to obtain approval, on condition that collectors should be given 25 piasters from the cash sums collected. In order to obtain approval, this decision was taken on the 14th of Kânûn Awwal (1)326 (27th of December 1910).
