Upon the letter given on 7 April 1900 by the Kaymakamlık of Jaffa regarding the Dutch auction of the intestine taxes for Jaffa
The said costs have been increased to 11,005 piasters by its suitor here. However, if they are put on Dutch auction in this way, its period will be terminated; hence, in an effort to obtain a result within a day, the suitor here demands that the suitors in Jaffa and Jerusalem summoned to the telegraph office and the Dutch auction be thus organized in a mutual fashion. Hence, if this method is found to be convenient, it is appropriate to notify the Kaymakamlık of Jaffa so as to take due action in respect thereof. The 4th of Nîsân (1)316 (17th of April 1900).
