It was understood from the above-written inspection report that the said monastery shall be demolished and reconstructed in accordance with the herewith presented plan, as a building composed of 54 rooms, 6 big halls and 2 stairways. It is necessary to expand the width of the roads, one of which is in front of the hospital of the Greek monastery, in the direction of north-south and the other of which is in front of the current door of the monastery, in the direction of east-west, to 8 arşın. In order to expand to 8 arşın of the road, spreading in the north-south direction and whose current width is 4,5 arşın, it is necessary to take equal parts from both sides of the road; thus, it has been approved that one arşın three quarters be partitioned to the road from the land of the said monastery. However, in order to report in letter whether there is any inconvenience to limit the land of the said monastery in this manner, it is appropriate to relegate the matter to the Sanjak Administrative Council.
